The conference organisers have secured a number of selected hotels with preferential rates for the duration of the conference, as well as for pre- and post stays. Any reservations need to be made directly with the conference exclusive local accommodation provider, BtoB Travel and Event Management.
The selection of hotels in Athens aims to cover the needs of all delegates and accompanying persons. All hotels offered have been chosen to allow for easy transportation to and from the conference venue; they are in either walking distance from, or in close proximity to, bus stops servicing the Eugenides Foundation Conference Center.
BtoB Travel and Event Management also offers transportation services from and to Athens International Airport to the booked hotels for both individuals and groups on a request basis. Delegates wishing to avoid the hassle of using local taxis or the airport light railway, may take advantage of pre-ordered transfers by contacting BtoB Travel and Event Management.
Through BtoB Travel and Event Management participants can also book local daily excursions with pick-ups from their respective hotels with a 10% reduction from the official prices.
